Refund policy

Items on MOBBED UP TEES are created with on-demand printing, which means each piece is created individually for you. Given every order is unique, we cannot accept returns, unless you receive a wrong or defective product.

In the event of a product defect (which we hope never happens), please do not send your purchase back! Instead, please take a photo of the product and the shipping packaging and email us at mobbeduptees@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to sort out a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you need to exchange your order with a different size of the same item, please email us at mobbeduptees@gmail.com so we can assist. We've included detailed product sizing information for each tee, so please use this when placing your order.
